Camus Cross was the assumed leader of the CLF and attempted a rebellion against the Kingdom of Stone Bay.
Personality
Bold, arrogant, and rude, Camus Cross was feared by Karans during the height of the CLF's attacks.
History
Initially known solely as ''C'' , Camus Cross led a group known as the Cirallian Liberation front, which attacked and bombed notable people and places within the Kingdom of Stone Bay. C claimed that the Kingdom of Stone Bay was a ''scourge'' that was hurting the inhabitants of Kara.
C kidnapped a Paladin of the Church of the Deep for ransom, fleeing successfully back to his hidden stronghold. C also bombed a Lord Justice of the Gold Court, attempting to kill them for their importance to the Kingdom. C worked with other disgruntled Karans to destabilize the Kingdom through dozens of attacks, rumors, and threats.
Eventually, C's stronghold in western Orlan was located, and he and several other CLF members were arrested and tried for their crimes. Despite the fact that there were many witnesses to the CLF (and C's) crimes, the prosecution's case was tenuous, a fact which C used to try to prove his point that the Kingdom of Stone Bay was corrupt and harmful. The prosecution's case was successful, however, and C was executed by the Gold Court for his crimes.
Though Camus Cross was later discovered to have been hired by a third party, the identity of this third party remains unknown.
