Following the dissolution of the [[Parliament of Orlan]] by [[Atticus Whitelaw | Ser Atticus Whitelaw]], [[Ulysses Mountbatten | His Majesty]] formed an interim cabinet. In the current age, it is the supreme governing body of the Order of Orlan, with each Sealord specialising in the necessary skills and capabilities to ensure the efficient and proper running of the Order.

The core of the Order, the enlisted make up the majority of order personnel, ranging from fresh initiates to the most senior enlisted Lance-Corporals and Corporals. From gate duty, patrols and case work, the enlisted keep the streets safe and criminals behind bars.
