After his contributions to the [[Nieseatian War]], Dylan Malahide was granted the title of Lord Malahide, granting the Malahide family their second stint in nobility. This new noble family consisted of Dylan, Elisa, Iris, and Leaf Malahide. He was granted the island north of Stone Bay and given the former castle of Penshaw as his home. With this the name was changed to Grimwood. Grimwood developed the 2 small islands north of the [[City of Stone Bay]] to make it habitable to the new residents moving into the area. Grimwood had strong ties to the [[Gosh Dang Kommonwealth]], them making up a good portion of Grimwood's Gosh Dang Guards.
