History
The Prismarine Citadel was constructed around the Prismarine Throne after Jephdaphro and his Baymen discovered the Throne on a cliffside. Convinced that he needed to remain in the Karan Islands due to this artifact, Jephdaphro ordered the construction of a new, permanent Citadel (unlike the floating Citadel of Goldensong where the Baymen had previously resided).
