Vulmar Dorlana

Appearance

Taller and regal looking Elf, usually wearing a golden monocle. White/silver hair. Attire is functional but well made, usually a long coat. He doesn’t show much emotion on his face. Around 150 years old. His appearance doesn't match his personality.

Calculated, Hidden Emotions, Slimy, Driven, Ruthless

Vulmar wouldn’t reveal what he was thinking or doing, he seemed kind but he didn’t care about the people of Kara. Very veiled until something unplanned happened and he couldn’t control it.

History

Vulmar ran a business within the Accordent Archipelago that became very successful, getting the eyes of DEW. DEW then bought him out and gave him more opportunities, ultimately bringing him to Dacia. Within Dacia he became a business consultant and helped the businesses grow with his expertise. Going down this route led him to the Figh and becoming an Enforcer hunting down The Shepard, Yari Praxis.

They were searching for the Figh, the Shepherd in general. Getting information from Tarvisa Ebernet to stay on the trail but never get to them in time. Following these clues lead Vulmar to come to Kara in search of the Figh.

Time in Kara

Vulmar’s first introduction was at the Norbrook ball in the poker game, where he ended up winning. Within Kara he put on the persona of a businessman, putting on airs of caring about the businesses of Kara. He was trying to find out all of the businesses in Kara to get information out of them and locate the Figh. After this was found out, he was a person that broke the rules to get what he wanted, leading his group to track down the Figh and bring them in.
