A Man of the People, Altruistic, Greedy, Determined, Underthinker.

Tarvisa is showboaty but not discriminatory. He’s always willing to let someone speak and hear what they have to say, and very much someone that focuses on the quality of a situation because in his opinion ‘If everyone isn't having a good time, no one should be having a good time.’

History

Tarvisa’s Parents died in a combination of Dew shenanigans, once they were dead he took over. When his parents were alive he thought he couldn't fix the problems in society so after their death he took that as an opportunity to try to fix it all. He fired everyone in the household that didn't fit in with this new way. Tarvisa didn’t get along with the other Dew members, since they were part of the problem he wanted to fix. He went to the Figh and offered them help and became an informant for them. Less of an active member of the Figh, just fed them the information to help others. He worked closely with Edwin, he gave Edwin vague information on locations of interest to the Figh. Tarvisa also allowed Yvana to use his image to trick nobles, as Tarvisa knew he could always talk his way out of it. Within Dew Tarvisa worked closely with Vulmar to get information and leak it to the Figh.

Just before coming to Kara, there was a big heist for the command stone off the shores of Kara. Tarvisa helped with the location and was aware of what was happening. When he realised that the Figh were being followed he went along with DEW because he knew that if he didnt the Figh would die. He used this opportunity to throw them off of where the Figh were and what they were doing.

Time in Kara

Once in Kara, he was ‘helping’ DEW get the Figh that was causing trouble. Working with the Figh, Yari is particular, to attempt to throw Vulmar off. Tarvisa was kind and attempted to be one with the people. Refused to be referred to by his Noble titles and went by just his name. He was very open and made a point to bring himself down to their level, and didn't shy away from talking to the ‘common man’. When he was around nobles he would act accordingly without pushing it. When Eargus started to get too close to the Figh, he got some poison from Yvana after calling in the debt Yvana owed him. and used it on Eargus to take him out. After the murder he was trying to be very caring and helpful to the Karans. He was thrown in jail for the murder and then later broken out by The Garden when Yvana made an attack on the DEW ships.

• Mr and Mrs Evernet: Parents, Dead
• Habagat Punongpuso: Alive, didn’t care much what they did.
• Commodore Agostino: Alive, didn’t know much about them because they didnt work together, acquaintances.
• Eargus Glowgoarge: Dead, unfamiliar but he knew what Eargus was doing. Killed him because he was going to put the Figh in jeopardy.
• Vulmar Dorlana: Alive, worked closely together because Vulmar was the front of the attack on the Figh. Worked against him to keep the Figh safe by pretending to work with him
• Yvana Gataki: Alive, someone they had made dealings with in the past and as a favor had given Yvana permission to use his form to get what they wanted. Used this debt to get the poison for Eurgus. A little tension because Yvana worked under Yari
• Yari Praxis: Alive, butted heads with them because they were both leader types that acted differently to help the Figh
• Edwin Street: Alive, personal relationship between them because they've known each other for a while. Edwin filled the mold of who Tarvisa thought a person should be
