As the Archon took his seat in the Speaker’s chair, he welcomed everyone, invited those who were left to speak with him, and announced Lady Elmes Nord-Nie as the Governor of the Colony of Orlan. He attempted to keep the remaining members of Stone Bay calm, “You have nothing to worry about, your lives will improve.”
